LONDON, KY - London City Police Chief Jerry Hollon is reporting that Brandon Dixon of London, KY has been arrested through a joint effort by the London Police Department and the Kentucky State Police following an Arson Investigation.
On Sunday, August 25th, 2024, The London Police Department was alerted to a residential structure fire at 1847 North Mill Street. Upon arrival, Detectives Elbert Riley and Captain Ryan Jackson were informed by the London City Fire Department that the fire appeared to be intentionally set.
Trooper Steve Walker, an arson investigator with the Kentucky State Police, was called in to investigate the possible nature of the fire. The collaborative efforts from both agencies led to the arrest of Brandon Dixon.
Brandon Dixon has been charged with:
- Arson in the 2nd Degree
This individual is currently being held at the Laurel County Detention Center.
