LONDON, KY — Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: The individual pictured, Joseph A. Couch, is a Person of Interest in the shooting that occurred at the Exit 49/KY-909 area. I-75 is reopened, both North and southbound.
Numerous persons were shot earlier this evening near Interstate 75.
Search for suspect continues.
