ARRESTS REPORTED BY THE CLAY COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE IN MANCHESTER, KY FROM SEPT. 6TH TO SEPT. 15TH, 2024

MANCHESTER, KY - According to the Clay County Sheriff's Office (CCSO): From Friday, September 06, 2024 to Sunday, September 15, 2024 at 10:43 P.M. EST, Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson reported four arrests by CCSO.

To the best of our knowledge these four arrests are not related.

All were announced by the Clay County Sheriff's Office via Facebook.

  • 1. On 9/6/24, Deputy Dustin Henson arrested Christian McNeal while serving a criminal complaint for Harassing Communication, Terroristic Threatening 3rd degree, Criminal Mischief-Residential, rental property 3rd Degree.
  • 2. On 9/8/24, Deputy Luke Thomas arrested Angela Miller for Operating Motor Vehicle Under the Influence, Wanton Endangerment - 2nd degree - Police Officer, and Wanton Endangerment- 2nd degree.
  • 3. On 9/15/24, Deputy Michael Gilliam executed a Complaint Warrant on Thomas Mills for Receiving Stolen Property. Mills is currently being held in the Clay County Detention Center.
  • 4. On 9/15/24, Deputy Michael Gilliam arrested Rose Saylor for Failure to Appear. Saylor is currently being held in the Clay County Detention Center.
