LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff’s K9/shift Sgt. Gary Mehler arrested Shawna Hibbard age 25 of London on Wednesday night Sept. 25th, 2024 at approx.. 8:45 P.M..
The arrest occurred off White Oak Road, approx.. 5 miles west of London.
Shawna Hibbard was charged on a Laurel District Court complaint warrant of arrest charging:
- Terroristic threatening – third-degree
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
