UPDATE: THE COURTHOUSE IN LONDON, KY REOPENED MONDAY AFTERNOON WHEN NO THREAT(S) WERE DETECTED BY KSP K-9 BOMB DOG
MONDAY - October 14th, 2024
LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: A bomb threat has been emailed to a media outlet on Monday morning. Please avoid the courthouse area as first responders are securing the area and conducting a search of the building.
A bomb detector dog is enroute to the scene. As soon as the building has been cleared, the courthouse will reopen. An update will be posted here when that occurs.
