MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson would like to announce the 2024 property tax collection phases and dates. You should receive your tax bill
within the next couple of weeks.
Our office does accept postmark, if you mail your payment in, please note bill number or parcel number on the check along with a self-addressed envelope to receive your receipt in the mail.
2% Discount Period:
- 11/01/2024-11/30/2024
Face Amount Period:
- 12/01/2024-12/31/2024
5% Penalty Period:
- 01/01/2025-01/31/2025
21% Penalty Period:
- 02/01/2025-04/15/2025
Form of payments include:
- Cash
- Check
- Money Order
The Clay County Sheriff's Office will be open for business from 8:00 AM-4:00 PM Monday thru Friday.
All unpaid 2024 Property Tax bills will be turned over to the Clay County Clerk's Office at the close of business on April 15, 2025.
