CAMPBELLSBURG, KY – A Kentucky State Police Post 5, Campbellsburg trooper conducted a traffic stop in Carrollton on Thursday, October 31, 2024 that led to two arrests and a drug seizure.
A search of the stopped vehicle with the assistance of a K-9 unit resulted in locating:
- Approximately 1524 grams of suspected methamphetamine
- Approximately 86 grams of suspected cocaine
- An undisclosed amount of currency
The operator of the vehicle, identified as Kevin Reynolds, age 55, was arrested and charged with the following:
- Trafficking in Controlled Substance 1st Degree or Greater Offense Greater than 2 grams of Methamphetamine
- Trafficking in Controlled Substance 1st Degree or Greater Offense Greater than 4 grams of Cocaine
- Trafficking in Marijuana Less than 8 ounces
- Trafficking in Controlled Substance 2nd Degree-Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess
The passenger in the vehicle, identified as Roxanne Foster, age 42, was also arrested due to an active warrant for her arrest.
Reynolds and Foster were transported to the Carroll County Detention where they were lodged.
