Preliminary investigation shows that a 2000 Honda Passport, operated by Tiffany Anderson, 44 years old of Hopkinsville, KY was traveling westbound on I-24 with passengers Tara Rex, 52-years-old of Hopkinsville, KY, James Simmons, 42-years-old of Paducah, KY, James Sanders, 49-years-old of Hopkinsville, KY and Brian Holt, 50-years-old of Cadiz, KY.
