Laurel County, Ky. (Sept. 19, 2019) - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Brent France along with Sgt. Greg Poynter, Deputy Travis Napier, and Deputy Joey Robinson arrested Kelli R. Howard age 34 of East Bernstadt on Tuesday night September 17, 2019 at approximately 9:48 PM.
The arrest occurred off Holt Road, approximately 12 miles north of London after this subject was charged on a Laurel District Court bench warrant of arrest charging:
- Failure to appear in court regarding abused or neglected child
Kelli R. Howard was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
