Laurel County, Ky. (October 18, 2019) - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Tommy Houston along with Deputy Josh Morgan arrested Christopher L. Vaughn age 37 of Lily early Wednesday morning October 16, 2019 at approximately 4:07 AM.
The arrest occurred off Old Crab Orchard Road, approximately 3 miles north of London after deputies were dispatched to a burglary in progress complaint there.
Upon arrival at the scene deputies located this subject standing in the living room of a residence not his own. This individual told deputies he thought a relative owned the residence and he wanted to go in the house and draw on the walls.
Through investigation deputies determined that this individual was under the influence.
Christopher L. Vaughn was charged with:
- Criminal trespass – first-degree
- Public intoxication – controlled substances
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
