JOSEPHINE COUNTY, OR (January 10, 2022) - The Oregon State Police is reporting that on Thursday, January 6, 2022, Grants Pass Parks & Recreation contacted the Oregon State Police to report that a deceased goose had been located in a suitcase at Riverside Park in Grants Pass.
Previous incidents have occurred at Riverside Park and Baker Park involving both geese and ducks shot and disposed of in a garbage bag.
All of the birds were left to waste.
