PIKEVILLE, KY (January 30, 2025) – The Kentucky State Police (KSP) is reporting that Jerome Norman, age 43, a wanted Pike County, KY man has been located and taken into custody.

PIKEVILLE, KY (January 30, 2025) – Kentucky State Police, Post 9, Pikeville is seeking the public's assistance in locating Jerome Norman, 43 years old of Raccoon.
Mr. Norman has an active arrest warrant for:
- Kidnapping (with serious Physical Injury)
- Criminal Abuse 1st Degree (Child 12 or Under)
- Assault 1st Degree
- Fleeing or Evading Police 2nd Degree
