LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Daniel Reed along with shift Sgt. Allen Turner and Deputy Carly Dorraugh arrested Joshua Hacker, age 40 of London on Thursday afternoon March 20, 2025 at approximately 3:52 PM.
The arrest occurred in London after this subject was charged on a Madison District Court complaint warrant of arrest obtained by the Madison County Sheriff's Department charging:
- Sexual abuse – first-degree
- Incest – with person less than 12 years of age
- Rape – first-degree – victim under 12 years of age
- Sodomy second-degree
- Sodomy first-degree
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
