MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff, Patrick Robinson, reports that on Tuesday, April 8, 2025 Deputy Dustin Henson executed a complaint warrant for Clay County Court on Phillip Jason Grubb, 43, of Manchester.
Phillip Grubb was arrested for:
- ASSAULT, 4TH DEGREE (MINOR INJURY)
- CRIMINAL MISCHIEF, 1ST DEGREE
- MENACING
- WANTON ENDANGERMENT-2ND DEGREE
- FAILURE TO APPEAR
- NON-PAYMENT OF COURT COSTS, FEES OR FINES
