MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff, Patrick Robinson, reports that on Sunday, April 13, 2025 Deputy Dustin Henson executed a complaint warrant for Clay County Court on Jaret Lipps, 27, of Manchester.
Jaret Lipps was arrested for:
- HARASSMENT (NO PHYSICAL CONTACT)
- TERRORISTIC THREATENING, 3RD DEGREE
