LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Daniel Reed along with Deputy Zach Allen arrested two individuals off Hollow View Road, approximately 8 miles southeast of London on Wednesday night April 16, 2025 at approximately 7:32 PM.
The arrests occurred after deputies were dispatched by London – Laurel County 911 Communication Ctr. to a dispute complaint there.
When deputies arrived at the scene, they learned that allegedly a physical altercation had occurred there between a male and female subject.
Allegedly, the male subject had pulled the hair of the female individual there while the she struck the male subject in the face with a shoe.
The two arrested individuals were identified as: Michelle Ramby age 65 of Corbin, KY and Robert Edwards age 64 of Springfield, OH.
Upon arrest the female subject stated that she would come back and kill him.
Michelle Ramby was charged with:
- Assault – 4th degree
- Terroristic threatening – third-degree
Robert Edwards was charged with:
- Assault – 4th degree
These two individuals were lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
