LONDON, KY — Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Zach Allen along with Deputy Daniel Reed and shift Sgt. Allen Turner arrested Brigg Wallace, age 47 of Richmond, KY on Wednesday evening April 16, 2025 at approximately 5:20 PM.
The arrest occurred off Mitchell Creek Road, approximately 2 miles west of London after deputies were dispatched by London – Laurel County 911 Communication Ctr. to a trespass complaint at a business there. The individual had been asked to leave, but refused.
Upon arrival at the scene deputies learned that an individual was staying in a building not his own marked with a no trespass sign on it. Deputies were told by the individual that the building was his brother's house, however investigation determined that it was not.
In addition, this individual was determined to be under the influence. This subject was arrested and transported to the detention center in London.
Brigg Wallace was charged with:
- Criminal trespassing – second-degree
- Public intoxication – controlled substances
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
