MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff, Patrick Robinson, reports that on Friday, May 2, 2025, Deputy Dustin Henson received a call through Clay County Dispatch to assist KSP Trooper Jarrod Smith on a traffic stop at the parking lot of Dairy Queen in Manchester.
Upon Deputy Henson's arrival, Trooper Jarrod Smith stated, he observed a maroon Ford F-150 traveling north on south U.S. HWY 421 swerving in and out of lanes and across the double yellow lines on the roadway.
Upon stopping the vehicle, the driver, identified as: Johnny Hoskins, age 63, of Manchester, KY did not have a seatbelt on and his license was DUl suspended for a 3rd or more offense. The DUI suspension was confirmed through Clay County Dispatch.
Johnny Hoskins was arrested for:
- FAILURE TO WEAR SEAT BELTS
- DRIVING-DUI SUSPENDED LICENSE (3RD OFFENSE)
