MANCHESTER, KY - On Tuesday, May 13, 2025, the Clay County Sheriffs Office advised motorists using HWY 638 (Greenbrair Rd.) to seek an alternative route due to a closure.
Highway 638 by the Crawdad Building was temporarily closed after a vehicle crash destroyed a utility pole beside the roadway.
