MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff, Patrick Robinson, reports that on Friday, May 16, 2025 Deputy Luke Thomas arrested Sammy Wagers, 31, of Manchester.
After making contact with the above subject, Deputy Thomas conducted an investigation that resulted in Wagers being taken into custody and transported to the Clay County Detention Center.
Sammy Wagers was arrested for:
- FAILURE TO APPEAR
This individual was lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
