MANCHESTER, KY — The Manchester Police Department is proud to announce that Assistant Chief Antonio Dodson has successfully completed the Axon Taser Instructor Certification Course, held on June 10-11, 2025, in Manchester.
Hosted by the Clay County Sheriff’s Office, the training equipped approximately 18 law enforcement officers from across Kentucky with the latest Taser technology and safety protocols.

Chief Jeff Couch and Mayor Steve Collins congratulated Dodson on his achievement, highlighting his dedication to professional excellence. As a certified Taser instructor, Dodson will now lead training for Manchester Police officers, ensuring their Taser certifications remain current and aligned with best practices.
