Sheriff’s Office Arrests Manchester Man on Complaint Warrant

MANCHESTER, KY – Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson announced the arrest of a local man following the execution of a complaint warrant. On Friday, June 13, 2025, Deputy Luke Thomas apprehended Timothy Smith, 50, of Manchester, in connection with charges filed through Clay County Court.

The arrest took place on June 13, 2025, and Smith was booked into the Clay County Detention Center at approximately 12:08 AM on June 14, 2025, by the Clay County Sheriff’s Office.

Smith was charged with:

  • CRIMINAL TRESPASSING-2ND DEGREE
  • TERRORISTIC THREATENING, 3RD DEGREE

The suspect, described as a white male, 5’9” tall, weighing 150 lbs, with blond/strawberry hair and blue eyes, address as Manchester, KY 40962. Deputy Luke Thomas, was the arresting officer.
