LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Robert Smith arrested Donnie L. Messer, age 50, of Sinking Creek Rd., London on Thursday night June 19, 2025 at approximately 11:00 PM.
The arrest occurred on KY 30 approximately 10 miles north of London after Donnie Messer was charged on a Laurel Circuit Court indictment warrant of arrest charging:
- Trafficking in a controlled substance – first-degree – first offense – methamphetamine
Also, this subject was charged on an additional Laurel County warrant.
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
