CORBIN, Ky. (June 28, 2025) – Kentucky State Police, Post 11, London, is actively investigating a missing person investigation in Whitley County.
A Golden Alert has been issued for Billy Ray Pennington, 37 years old, of London, Ky. Mr. Pennington was last seen at approximately 8:00 p.m. on June 27, 2025, at Baptist Health’s Trillium Center in Corbin, Ky. It is believed he left the facility on foot in an unknown direction and unknown clothing.
Mr. Pennington is described as a white male, approximately 6 feet tall and weighing around 160 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes, and a cross tattoo on his left forearm.
