BREMEN, IN — The Indiana State Police (ISP) Bremen District reports that: The Ft. Wayne Police Department is asking for the public to assist with the identification of the victim of a homicide that occurred over the weekend.
FORT WAYNE, IN — On Saturday, July 19, 2025, at approximately 3:03 a.m., officers with the Fort Wayne Police Department responded to a report of a shooting at 1800 River Run Trail, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Upon arrival, officers located a male victim suffering from apparent gunshot wound(s). The victim, who was pronounced deceased at the scene, is described as a Black male, approximately 15 to 20 years old, 5'11" tall, weighing around 123 pounds, with a chipped front tooth.
The identity of the victim remains unknown at this time. We are asking anyone who may have information related to this incident or the identity of the victim to contact the Fort Wayne Police Department Homicide Division at (260) 427-1201 or Crime Stoppers at (260) 436-STOP (7867), or the P3 app.
