What Arrested Third Offense DUI Suspect Admitted to LSO Deputy


Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Sgt. Larry Parrott observed a maroon colored Mitsubishi Mirage driving erratically through a service station parking lot early Saturday morning on March 19, 2016.

Arrested was:

Bob Cox 30 of Salt Lick Road, Corbin, KY at approximately 12:09 AM. The arrest occurred off W. Cumberland Gap Parkway approximately 11 miles south of London after Sgt. Parrott conducted a traffic stop and determined that the driver was under the influence.

This subject admitted taking two Nuerotin tablets and injecting Methamphetamine earlier.

Bob Cox was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence – third offense, driving on DUI Suspended License – second offense, Failure of Owner to Maintain Required Insurance – first offense and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
