(LONDON, KY.) – On Thursday, March 31, 2016 at approximately 2:30 PM, KSP Detective Chris Roberts arrested a male subject of London on numerous drug charges after a lengthy investigation.
Arrested was Donnie Simpson, 60. The investigation resulted in the execution of a search warrant at Simpson’s residence on Little Pittsburg Road in Laurel County. Troopers located numerous drugs and drug paraphernalia along with US currency.
Simpson, was arrested and lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center on charges of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense Methamphetamine greater than 2 grams and Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense.
Detective Roberts is continuing the investigation and was assisted by Troopers from Post 11.
