Husband and wife jailed in Laurel County after domestic dispute allegedly turned violent

Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Deputy Shawn Boroviak arrested two individuals off Tom Town Hollow Road, approximately 11 miles south of London on Sunday afternoon July 24, 2016 at approximately 1:45 PM.

The arrest occurred after Deputy Boroviak investigated a domestic dispute that occurred on Tom Town Hollow Road on Sunday morning at approximately 7:41 AM where allegedly a husband and wife were involved in a domestic dispute where both individuals received cuts from a knife during the altercation.

Both individuals were transported to Baptist Healthcare Center in Corbin and received stitches.

The two individuals were then arrested and are identified as:

Timothy Huff age 43 and Mary Huff age 40 both of Tom Town Hollow Rd., Corbin charged with assault – second degree – domestic violence and lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
