Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Deputy Brandon Broughton along with Sgt. Robbie Grimes arrested Jessica Collette age 33 Of Cameron Dr., Gray, Kentucky on Tuesday evening July 26, 2016 at approximately 6:18 PM.
The arrest occurred off Douglas Boulevard, approximately 8 miles south of London after deputies were dispatched to a fight complaint allegedly involving this subject and another female subject.
When deputies arrived at the scene they learned that the two individuals had allegedly been involved in a physical altercation.
When this subject was arrested she began to curse and scream at the other female subject inside the residence causing a disturbance in the area. This subject continued to curse and make threats to the other involved party and threatened to kill deputies and their families.
At the detention facility this subject continue to struggle with deputies and jail personnel refusing to get out of the police cruiser and continue to curse and kick at deputies and jail staff.
Jessica Collette was charged with assault – fourth degree – domestic violence; disorderly conduct – second degree; public intoxication – controlled substances; and terroristic threatening – third-degree and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
