Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: a 16 year old female juvenile has been reported as missing by her foster parent.
She is identified as: Kayly Lockaby age 16,a white female, last seen wearing black leggings, a red shirt, and black flip flops. She has 2 distinctive tatoos on one shoulder, and one on her forearm.
She may be in the company of a 21 year old male subject from either Corbin or Barbourville.
She was last seen on 7-26-16 at approx. 4:30 A.M.
