After a courageous battle with a rare cancer, Tony Dean Hornsby passed away peacefully on May 4, 2019.
Born October 16, 1969 (49), as the Son of Billy Dean and Doris F. Hornsby of Fort Meyers, Florida/South Lebanon, Ohio.
Preceding him in death, wife Laurie C. (Shannon) Hornsby, 10-14-2010.
He leaves (2) children, Leanna C. Hornsby (23) of Abingdon, MD. and Shawn Tyler Hornsby (13) of Fulton, Maryland. Sister, Sonya R. (Hornsby) Razzak, husband Mostafa Razzak and nephew Mason Razzak of Fulton, Maryland. Aunts and Uncles: Margaret Hornsby, Howard and Marilyn Hornsby, Nelda Jackson, Karen Hornsby, Ruth Ann Sizemore, Linda Joyce Sizemore, James and Sue Sizemore, Hubert and Mona Sizemore, Charles Sizemore, Eugene and Mary Sizemore and many more cousins and nephews.
His Services are from 11:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M., Thursday, May 9, 2019 at Britton Funeral Home in Manchester, Kentucky. Burial following immediately after.
A celebration of life will be held in early June for family and friends in South Lebanon, Ohio. Details to follow later in May.
