Calvin Martin, age 76, of Oneida, passed away Saturday September 7th, 2019 at AdventHealth Manchester.
Calvin was a member of the Oneida Community Church.
He is survived by two children Martha Feltner and Mellie Sizemore and these brothers and sisters: Susie Barger, Lexington, Nora Hicks, Odessa Texas, Loretta Hall, Hazard, and Denny Martin of Louisville.
He is also survived by a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his wife Malvery Gibson Martin, his parents Theo and Maude Ledford, and 4 children Betty Hensley, Darrell Gibson, Dorothy Sizemore, and Danny Gibson and these brothers and sisters: Gary Martin, Eugene Martin, C.H. Martin, Winston Martin, Nancy Kilburn, and Norman Martin.
The funeral service for Calvin will be held 1:00 PM Tuesday at the Britton Funeral Home Chapel with Todd Hicks, Tim Reid, and James Harris officiating. Burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery at Brutus.
Visitation will be after 6:00 PM Monday at the Britton Funeral Home Chapel.
