Franklin D. France "Dragline", age 82, of Manchester, passed away Sunday September 8th, 2019 at the Landmark of Laurel Creek.
He is survived by the following brothers and sisters: Marshall France, Ernest France and Alphia Henson all of Horse Creek, and Stella Ross of Goose Rock.
He is also survived by one niece Tammy France and husband Steven Brumley as well as several other nieces and nephews.
The funeral service for Franklin will be held 2:00 PM Saturday September 14th, 2019 at the Britton Funeral Home Chapel with Dudley Lynch officiating. Burial will follow in the Engine Cemetery.
Visitation will be after 6:00 PM Friday at the Britton Funeral Home Chapel.
