Deborah Ann Swafford, 62, of Manchester, KY, passed away Sunday, October 20th, at the University Of Kentucky Medical Center.
Deborah was born in Manchester, KY on July 26, 1957, a daughter of the late Laura (Wombles) and Walter Lewis.
She is survived by her husband, Arlie Swafford of Manchester; her daughter, Audrey Swafford of London; and her two grandchildren: Meghan Hatfield and Hunter Hatfield.
Graveside Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, October 24th at the Swafford Cemetery on Otter Creek.
Britton Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
