Mae Belle Gifford was born on November 17, 1930 in Muhlenburg County, Kentucky; the daughter of the late Guy Covington and Myrtle Shelton Covington. She was united in marriage to Arbain Gifford who preceded her in death. Mae was a homemaker and of the Baptist Faith.
In addition to her parents and husband she is also preceded in death by three children, Russell Cotton, Carol Wiggins and Steven Gifford.
She is survived by four children, Dawn Hampton and husband James of London; Linda Corriveau and husband Robert, Michael Cotton and wife Debbie both of St. Ann, Illinois; Cecelia Wallace and husband James of Hanes City, Florida; three siblings, Ruth Peacock of Springfield, Missouri; Lester Covington and Leonard Covington both of Lillian, Alabama; 22 grandchildren plus a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
Mae Belle Gifford departed this life on Friday, November 1, 2019 being 88 years, 11 months and 15 days of age.
