William Kenneth Muncy was born on December 12, 1958, in London, Kentucky. William departed this life in Morgantown, West Virginia, on Tuesday, November 26, 2019, being 60 years, 11 months and 14 days of age.
He is survived by his mother, Geneva Murray King of East Bernstadt, his father, William Luther Muncy and wife, Diane, of Jackson County, four children, Christy Muncy of Fairborn, Ohio, William Troy “Deke” Muncy of Miamisburg, Ohio, John Henry Nunn of McKee and Dakota “Coty” Muncy of London, nine siblings, Barbara Muncy, Vickie Turbyfill and husband, Robert, Edward Muncy and wife, Cynthia, all of Manchester, Angie Potter and husband, James, of McKee, Lynn Muncy and wife, Brandy, of East Bernstadt, Calvert Muncy and wife, Dovie, of Annville and Howard Muncy and wife, Kelly, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Wayne King and wife, Holly of Harlingen, Texas and James Michael Hash and wife, Christal, of Sadieville, eight grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews and lots of friends and other relatives to mourn his passing.
He is preceded in death by his step-father, Bill King, brother, Bradley Muncy and sister, Cynthia King.
Funeral services for William Kenneth Muncy will be conducted at 11:00 AM Friday in the Bowling Funeral Home Chapel with Johnny Benge and Brian Murray officiating. Burial will follow in the King Cemetery at East Bernstadt.
The family of William Kenneth Muncy will receive friends at Bowling Funeral Home after 6:00 PM Thursday.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to Bowling Funeral Home to assist with the funeral expenses.
