Barbara Sue Lawson Teasley, beloved mother of 5, passed away peacefully at the age of 79, in Bend, OR on August 29, 2021. Her daughters Julia Anne and Susan Marie were in attendance and helped comfort her in her final moments.
She is survived by her children (Julia, Robert, John, Ryan, and Susan), her 10 grandchildren (Marissa, Brittany, Andrew, Sean, Evan, Gracie, Bea, Dylan, Zachary, and Owen), and friends too numerous to list here.
A mother, accomplished writer, world traveler, adventurer, clown, and superhero.
Barbara Sue never met a person she didn’t like. Making friends was as natural as breathing to her.
Barbara’s steadfast dedication to her family, friends, and community will be remembered and missed for generations. Her capacity for love was immeasurable.
