James Edward “Jamie” Dugger was born on April 7, 1966 in Laurel County, Kentucky. He was the son of Shirley Allen Dugger of London, Kentucky and the late Eddie Dugger.
He is survived by two sisters, Missy Dugger and Debbie Harris both of London; special friend Kathy Smith; plus a host of other family and friends to mourn his passing. He is also preceded in death by a brother, James Russell Dugger.
Jamie had a lawn mowing service. He also worked at Sav-A-Lot and was a bus monitor. Jamie was a member of Pleasant Valley Pentecostal Church.
James Edward “Jamie” Dugger departed this life on Monday, December 6, 2021 being 55 years, 7 months and 29 days of age.
Funeral services for James Edward "Jamie" Dugger will be conducted at 1 PM Friday in the Bowling Funeral Home Chapel with Tim Renner and Garnett Tuttle officiating. Burial will follow in Upper Colony Cemetery in London.

The family of James Edward "Jamie" Dugger will receive friends beginning at 11 AM Friday until the funeral hour of 1 PM at Bowling Funeral Home.
