Billy Ray Smith, 71, of Manchester, KY, passed away Sunday, February 6th, at the AdventHealth Manchester Hospital. Billy Ray was born in Manchester, KY on February 2, 1951, a son of the late Arthur and Beatrice Smith.
Billy Ray is survived by his son, Adam Smith of Hima; and the following brothers and sisters: Junior Wayne Smith of London, Ernie Smith of Manchester, Thurman Smith of Manchester, and Rosette Smith of Mill Creek.
Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, February 11th at Britton Funeral Home, with Paul Mitchell officiating. Burial will follow at the Hubbard Cemetery on Goose Rock.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Friday, February 11th at Britton Funeral Home.
