Hester Smallwood, 62, of Horse Creek, passed away Monday, December 24, 2012, at the Hospice Care Center at Hazard.
She is survived by 2 children: Terry France, of Horse Creek, and Tammy France, of Richmond.
She is also survived by 2 grandchildren and the following brothers ans sisters: Marshall France, Franklin D. France, Ernest France, and Alphia Henson, all of Horse Creek, Vernon France, and Stella Ross Hacker, both of Manchester.
Funeral services for Hester Smallwood will be 11 a.m. Saturday at the Britton Funeral Home chapel with Carl Henson officiating. Burial will follow in the France Cemetery at Horse Creek.
Visitation will be after 6 p.m. Friday at the Britton Funeral Home.
