Mr. Paul “Spoolie” Dezarn, age 64 of Manchester, passed away Saturday, December 29, 2012. He was born May 18, 1948 in Clay County, Kentucky to the union of Matt and Martha Owens Dezarn.
He worked at the Manchester Memorial Hospital and was a member of the Potter’s House Holiness Church.
He is survived by his wife: Carolyn Smith Dezarn, his sons: Matthew Dezarn and his fiancé Ashley Jackson, and Paul Michael Dezarn and his wife Jessica, and his daughter: Kristy Harris and her husband Chris. 2 Grandchildren: Shelby Dezarn and Trevor Dezarn and these brothers and sisters: Dan “Blue John” Dezarn, Esther Roberts, Doris Gross, Clarence Dezarn and Charlotte Stewart.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Matt and Martha Dezarn and these brothers and sisters: Stacia Reed, Johnny “Chicken” Dezarn, Jack Dezarn, Charles “Babe” Dezarn, Gloria Jean Lowe, and Nannie Crawford.
Funeral Services for Mr. Paul “Spoolie” Dezarn will be on Wednesday, January 2, at 2 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. George Roberts and Rev. Lyle Sizemore will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Manchester Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be Tuesday, January 1, after 6 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
