Dennis Swafford, Jr., 50, of Manchester, KY, passed away Wednesday, March 5th, at the AdventHealth Manchester Hospital. Dennis was born in Manchester, KY on February 1, 1975, a son of the late Dennis and Phyllis Wombles Swafford.
Dennis is survived by his children: Dennis Swafford, III, and Kirsten Smith and husband Dakota, all of Manchester; his girlfriend, Connie Duncil; by the mother of his children, Michelle Lunsford; and by the following children he loved as his own: Kylee Maxie, Heather Green, Luke Thomas, and Jordan Duncil.
He is also survived by his brother and sister: Danny Swafford of Manchester, and Dawn Sanders of London; by his grandchildren: Hadleigh Smith, Penelope Swafford, and Jonah Smith; and by five children he loved as his own grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Dennis was preceded in death by his grandson, Brady Smith; and by his mother-in-law, Darlene Lunsford.
Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, March 14th at Britton Funeral Home, with Arthur Bowling officiating. Burial will follow at the Swafford Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at 6:00 PM on Thursday, March 13th at Britton Funeral Home.
