Cecil James Roberts, age 71, of Red Bird, was born September 14th, 1941, passed away Saturday, February 2nd, 2013, at the Appalachian Regional Hospital at Hazard.
He is survived by the following children: Mark Roberts (Cassie), of Red Bird, Michael Roberts (Rebecca), of Manchester, Kenny Roberts (Sherry), Patricia Roberts, and Ada Kelly Roberts, all of Hamilton, OH, Michael Cunnigan, Tyler Rickett, and Katelyn Cunnigan, all of Jackson Co.
He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and his sister, Della Asher, of Dayton, OH.
Cecil was preceded in death by his sister, Anna Lee Collins.
Funeral services for Cecil James Roberts will be 2 p.m. Monday at the Flat Creek Church of the Brethren with Troy Gray and Demus Couch officiating. Burial will follow in the Collett Cemetery at Roark.
Visitation will be after 3 p.m. Sunday at the Church.
