Mr. William “Bill” Mills, age 77 of Manchester passed away on Monday, March 11, 2013 at the ARH Medical Center in Hazard, Kentucky.
He was born Monday, October 21, 1935 in Lynch, Kentucky to the union of Bradley and Mable Beane Mills. He was a member of the Baptist faith, a veteran of Vietnam where he served in the United States Air Force as security police.
He is survived by his loving wife whom he wed in 1967, Patricia Gavin Mills. Also surviving is his daughter: Patricia Collenne Mills Davidson, his grandson: Chayse William Mills and his sister: Linda Helton of Louisville.
Bill was an avid fisherman and hunter and he loved animals.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Bradley and Mable Mills and his brother: Bradley Mills, Jr.
Funeral services for Mr. William “Bill” Mills will be conducted on Friday, March 15, 2013 at 2 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Cleve Bowling will be officiating. Burial will full military honors will be in the Manchester Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be Friday, after 12 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
