Phyllis Ann Swafford, 64, of Manchester, KY was born, May 4th, 1949, passed away, Tuesday May 28th, 2013 at her home.
She is survived by her children: Danny Swafford and Dennis Swafford Jr., of Manchester, and Dawn Sanders, and husband, Todd, of London.
Also surviving are these brothers and sisters: David Blue Wombles, and wife, Carolyn, Grover Wombles Jr., Ella Pearl Curry, and husband, Jack, and Jennie Lou Roberts, all of Manchester, and these grandchildren, Nathan and Matthew Sanders, and Kirsten and Dennis Swafford III.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Dennis Swafford, and her parents, Grover and Edna Jarvis Wombles.
Funeral services for Phyllis Ann Swafford will be at 11 AM Thursday at the Britton Funeral Home Chapel with Terry Reed officiating. Burial will follow in the Swafford Cemetery at Otter Creek. Visitation will after 6PM Wednesday at the Britton Funeral Home.
