Deborah Botkins, 55, of Manchester passed away Tuesday October 1st at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington.
She is survived by her husband James "Deno" Botkins, and one son Ernest Deleno Botkins and Leslie Napier Botkins all of Manchester.
She is also survived by the following brothers and sisters: Sue Sizemore, Betty Depew, Diane Ruth, Sheila Bowling, Darlene Ruth, Wayne Ruth, and Stephen Ruth all of Manchester.
She is also survived by her Brothers in law, Gilbert Botkins, Thomas John Botkins, and J.B. Ballard, as well as one sister in law, JoAnne Botkins, and one grandchild Sommer Faith Botkins.
She is preceded in death by her Parents Ernest and Ola Ruth, 2 sisters, Alice Hacker, and Marlene Ruth, her mother in law Violet Botkins, and her sister in law Martha Jane Ballard.
The funeral service will be held 1 PM Friday October 4th, at the Britton Funeral Home Chapel with Curtis Wagers and George Davidson officiating. Burial will follow in the Botkins Cemetery at Greasy. Visitation will be 6 PM Thursday at the Britton Funeral Home Chapel.
