David Wayne Smith, 37, of Manchester, was born, January 11, 1976, and passed away, November 6th, 2013 at his home.
He is survived by his mother, Anna Lee Smith, of Manchester, and his sisters, Regina Ann Hubbard, and husband, Herman of Manchester, Debbie Day, and husband, Terry of Barbourville.
Also surviving are two nephews, Brian Smith and Eric Nathaniel Smith, and his niece Virginia Hubbard.
He is preceded in death by his father, James Smith, and his brother, James Allen Smith.
He also leaves a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his death.
Funeral services for David Wayne Smith will be held 2 PM Sunday at the Britton Funeral Home chapel with Yancy May and Gary May officiating. Burial will follow in the Manchester Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be after 6 PM Saturday at the Britton Funeral Home.
