Joe Edward Slusher, 58, of Slusher Town, Roark, KY, was born May, 27th, 1955, and passed away Wednesday December 11th, 2013 at his home.
He is survived by his wife Debra Slusher, of Slusher Town, and these children, Shawn Slusher, and wife Tasha, Dustin Slusher, and wife Ashley, Tara Slusher, all of Slusher Town, and Kendra Slusher-Grills, and husband Zach Grills, of Honolulu, HI, along with these grandchildren, Jaelyn Slusher, Cheyenna Slusher, Chloe Slusher, Ayden Slusher, and Ashtin Slusher.
urvived by these brothers and sisters, Rufus Slusher, of London, Clifford Slusher, of Slusher Town, Lucy Smith, of Oneida, and Linda Radar, of London.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Joe Hyle and Shirley Slusher.
He leaves a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his death.
Funeral services for Joe Edward Slusher will be held 1PM Sunday at the Roark Pentecostal Church of God with Rufus Slusher, Herman Asher, and Troy Gray officiating. Burial will follow in the Slusher Family Cemetery at Flat Creek. Visitation will be after 6PM Saturday at the church.
