Judy Lee Philpot, 61, of Corbin, was born February 15th, 1952, and passed away Sunday, January 26, 2014 at the Baptist Health Hospital in Corbin.
She is survived her children, Earl Philpot of London, James Edward Philpot of Corbin, and Brian Paul Philpot and wife Natasha of Lexington, along with seven grandchildren, Earl Stephen Philpot, Paul Edward Philpot, Nicholas Lee Philpot, Nakita Philpot, Brittney Philpot, Joseph Brian Philpot, and Sophia Taylor Philpot, and two great grandchildren, Emberly Larue Philpot, Xazier Jacob Philpot.
She is also survived by one brother, Bobby Swafford of Barbourville, and one sister, Juanita Miller of Corbin.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Steve Edward Philpot, her parents, Crit and Hattie Mae Swafford, and these brothers, Eugene Swafford, J.C. Swafford, and Teddy Swafford.
She also leaves a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her death.
Funeral services for Judy Lee Philpot will be held 2PM Thursday at the Britton Funeral Home chapel. Burial will follow in the Swafford Cemetery on Otter Creek. Visitation will be after 6PM Tuesday and Wednesday at the Britton Funeral Home.
