Ethel Smith, 55, of Manchester, passed away Thursday July 17th, 2014 at her home.
She is survived by her ex-husband Clarence Ratliff, Goose Rock, her son David Ratliff, Goose Rock, and her daughter Victoria Ford and husband Brandon, Sierra Vista, Arizona.
She is also survived by the following brothers and sisters: Dollie Swafford, Martins Creek, Bessie Smith, Mudlick, Nannie Smallwood, Sandhill, Lawrence Eversole, Otter Creek, Clarence Eversole, Otter Creek, Leonard Eversole, Otter Creek, and Jim Eversole, Tyner, and one grandchild.
She is preceded in death by her parents William and Delora Wagers.
The funeral service will be held 2 pm Monday at the Britton Funeral Home Chapel with Kenny Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the Daniel Smith Cemetery at Otter Creek. Visitation will be after 6 PM Saturday and 6 PM Sunday at the Britton Funeral Home Chapel.
